No Fee Policy: You will not be charged for any requests resulting in a “NO-HIT” or “INCONCLUSIVE RESULT” (except in cases where you’ve submitted a policy existence trace, due to the extensive amount of resources required to seek out such results). Successful requests will be charged per our fee schedule.
6.4. Additional Charges: Exceptions to the fee schedule may occur in cases involving lengthy research. These charges will be outlined, and your written approval will be required before proceeding.
6.5. Incomplete or Inaccurate Information: If incomplete or inaccurate information is provided, we will notify you of additional details needed. Invoices will still apply for searches conducted.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your payment and request information. PolicyPursuit handles all personal data according to its Privacy Policy. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ada County, Idaho.

If a request is terminated after PolicyPursuit has begun seeking results for the request, a termination fee may apply.

You may be required to create an account on the Site. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to remove or change any username that is deemed inappropriate, in our sole discretion.
15. Products and Availability
All products offered through the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any products at any time without notice. Prices for products are subject to change at our discretion.

We reserve the right to monitor, manage, and control user activity on the site, including but not limited to removing content, limiting access, and reporting violations to law enforcement. We may, without notice, modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any of its features.
